These terms and conditions govern your use of Jewecle, provided by Jewecle business. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App:
   1. 1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
   2. 1.2. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
   3. 1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
2. User Content:
   1. 2.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content").
   2. 2.2. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content on the App.
   3. 2.3. You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
3. Intellectual Property:
   1. 3.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
   2. 3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any part of the App without the Company's prior written consent.

4. Privacy Policy:

4.1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability:

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Indemnification:

6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms:

8.1. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
